Do I get a discount on my first order?

What can I expect after I complete checkout of my order?
You will receive a system generated order confirmation email from us. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it after 1 hour.
Will I receive an artwork before you proceed to print?
Yes, we will email you the artwork to vet within 2 working days of order. After you confirm, we will proceed to print.
I made a mistake with the name! Can I still change the artwork?
Sure! We understand sometimes typo happens. Just let us know and we will fix it. :)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Pay, Paypal, Grabpay, Paynow and DBS bank transfer. 

Lead Time

What is lead time?
Lead time is the time between artwork confirmation and mailing (either dropping off at post office or pick up by courier) or self collection. If you've opted for mailing, it takes usually between 2 to 5 working days to reach you after we posted. If you have opted for courier, usually delivery will be within 2 working days after courier picks up your order. 
What is your lead time for personalized name stickers, iron on labels, rompers, family tees, pet tees, pencil cases and backpacks?
The lead time for these products is 1 week.
What is your lead time for personalized height charts and diaper cakes without personalized blankets?
The lead time for these products is 2 weeks.
What is your lead time for personalized baby and kids bedding sets, which include baby pillows, baby bolster cases, baby beansprout husk pillows and baby minky dot blankets and diaper cakes with personalized blankets? 
The lead time for these products is 3 weeks.
What is your lead time for baby bibs?
The lead time for baby bibs is 3 weeks.
What is your lead time for personalized baby hampers and baby gift sets?
The lead time for these products is between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the products inside the baby hampers and gift boxes. Please check the individual product listings for the actual lead time for that particular set.
Why do you need a 3 weeks lead time for personalized baby bedding sets and hampers?
The fabric for our baby bedding sets (baby pillows, bolsters, beansprout pillows, and blankets) are custom printed in a factory in USA. We have sourced our fabric both locally and internationally, and settled on this fabric from the opposite side of the world in USA for its premium quality and print, thus most of the lead time is spent waiting for the fabric to reach us. We decide that we don't want to compromise quality just to get the fabric faster, as our customers deserve the best quality and value for the bedding sets and hampers.  
Can you expedite my order?
If you need to receive the order faster than what's stated in our lead time, please chat with us! We will try out best. :)

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship from Singapore, within Singapore and to worldwide.

How do you ship?
We ship via Singpost normal postage, free for orders above $30, within Singapore. However normal postage is NOT trackable. Please opt for Singpost registered postage (we use Smartpac) or courier delivery for trackable deliveries.
Are there self pickup options?

Yes, you can opt to pick up from Pioneer, Jurong West, Singapore 643654. Timing is between 9am to 9pm.

We offer Pick Locker collection for the following locker locations. This option is strictly for non urgent orders, and we will process the orders according to our usual lead time, which means, if you need the item the next working day after you place order, you cannot opt for this.

How much are your shipping charges?

We offer FREE normal postage by Singpost for all our packages above $30, and charge $2.50 for normal postage for packages below $30. However packages sent by normal postage is NOT trackable, We can only provide photo proof of package, taken before we mail out. 

Registered mail is between $2.50 to $6.00 per package, depending on the item weight. Packages mailed via registered postage comes with a tracking number, which will be provided when we send out the package. 

Courier delivery is a flat $9 and it's a doorstep delivery service.

How long will shipping take?

For Singpost normal postage, usually it takes between 1 to 5 working days for Mr Postman to deliver the package to your letterbox.

For Singpost registered postage, we are using Smartpac within Singapore. Mr Postman usually delivers Smartpacs to letterbox within 1 to 3 working days. 

For courier, it will be doorstep delivery within 1 to 2 working days. 

What if I'm not home to receive the order by courier?

Usually courier will call you and you can instruct courier to leave the package in a safe hiding place. 

Can I specify a delivery timing?

As we are using a 3rd party courier service, delivery is usually within 10am to 8pm and they don't deliver for a fixed timing. 

I think I lost my package. Can you mail another set to me?

If you have opted for normal postage, it is done through Singpost normal mail, and it is not trackable. Label of Love Studio is not responsible for lost mails through Singpost normal postage. We will show you the photo of the package before we mail out, and if the address written is per the address provided in your order, we do not do a free replacement. However, we will be most happy to give you a discount off a reprint.

If you have opted for registered postage or courier delivery, and the tracking indicates the package as delivered, please check with your family members as they may have collected the package on your behalf.

Refund and Exchange

The tee I ordered is too small/ big. Can I do an exchange?
If the clothing size is not right, first we will request that you take a photo of the measurements of your tee and compare it with our size chart. There is a + - 2.5cm acceptable difference in length and width for our tees. If the measurement of the tee you received is clearly beyond this 2.5cm difference, we will reprint a piece and mail to you for free. 
However, if the tee falls within the measurements of the size chart and the +-2.5cm variance, we will not be able to do an exchange. Therefore please check the size chart and compare it with the tees you have at home to decide on the size of tee to purchase. 
I bought the romper for a baby but it's too small. Can I do an exchange?
If the romper is within our standard measurements stated in the size chart, we are not able to do an exchange. However we will be very glad to give you a discounted price on your reprinted piece. Just reach out to us via chat.
