Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
Only 1 code can be used per order. The 1st order discount code can be used later and does not expire even if you place a bundle order first.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive a system generated order confirmation email within 15 minutes of your ordering (usually it's instantaneous). Please check your spam account if you have not receive it in the inbox, and also double check your email address that you've input for your order is correct.
If you did not receive this email, it means the order did not go through and payment was not deducted. Please contact us through this page or via live chat.
How do I view my order information and history?
To view your order information and history, sign in to your account. If you have opted for guest checkout, you can view your order information via the order confirmation email sent to you.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Pay, Paypal, Grabpay, Grabpaylater, Paynow and bank transfer.
When will I receive artwork to confirm?
We will email artwork for you to vet within 2 working days of order. If you place order on a Monday, you will receive the artwork email by Wednesday. If you place order on a Saturday, you will receive the artwork email by Tuesday. Please check your spam folder (especially for hotmail accounts) if you have not receive the email within 2 working days.
When will you send out my order?
Lead time is defined as time between artwork confirmation date and mailing/ sending date. Singpost and other courier services will take a few more days to deliver to you after we send out.
The lead time of our products are as follows.
Rompers/ tees - Within 1 week.
Labels - Within 1 week.
Cushions - Within 1 week.
Pencil cases - Within 1 week.

Diaper cakes without personalized blankets - 2 weeks

How much is the local shipping cost?
Currently we offer free shipping via Singpost normal postage to all Singapore addresses.Singpost normal postage is NOT TRACKABLE. You can top up for registered postage (trackable) for a peace of mind.

How do I know you have shipped out my order?
You will receive a system generated shipping notification via email after we ship out your order. If you have opted for registered postage, the tracking number will be indicated in the shipping notification.
I have not receive my package. Now what do I do?
If you have opted for registered postage or courier and have yet to receive your order, please check the tracking number in the shipping notification or contact us for assistance.
If you have opted for the normal postage and have yet to receive your order, please contact us and we will send you the photo proof of the mailing package. Unfortunately, as Singpost normal postage is not trackable, we will not be able to assist further with the lost packages as Singpost does not help with lost packages under normal postage. We are as upset as you are over lost packages, so please opt for registered postage for a peace of mind.
