Singapore Heritage Clothing - Samsui Woman
We pay tribute to grit and strength of Samsui women who had contributed much to Singapore's early infrastructure building.
Who are Samsui Women?
They are female immigrants, mainly from Samsui (三水) district of Canton. Because of their red headgear, they are also known as hong tou jin (红头巾). They work as labourers in the construction sector.
We have rompers, tees and adult tees for this design. :)
You also have the option of adding a name on the uniform of the Samsui woman. Type No Name in the name field if you don't want to include a name.
